Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account page at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the current billing cycle.

What's the refund policy?

Full refunds for any reason within 30 days of being charged. Refunds may not be issued if you've collected over 50 leads.

What if I go over my monthly leads?

Your plan is automatically upgraded to match usage. Annual plans are billed $8 per extra 1,000 leads in months you go over.

What if I need more than Enterprise?

Extra leads are $8 per 1,000 per month — or contact us for a custom enterprise agreement with lower rates.

Is KickoffLabs GDPR compliant?

When will I be charged?

As soon as you upgrade — with a full refund available for any reason during the first 30 days.
