You’ve wasted your day and haven’t made a penny yet. Your building all the things you think you NEED before you let beta users see. But without users you will waste your time.
You don’t want to ship crap, but you probably have a small group of people that you can trust to give you feedback. Get them on your beta today. If you can’t then ask the question:
“What do I need to finish before I let my buddy X see it?”
The answer is probably a much smaller list than asking “What do I have to add before I add 100 beta users?”
Focus on what you need to add one person that’s not you to the beta and SHIP IT. This is the question we’ve asked ourselves for the last two weeks with http://www.siftsocial.com. We should have started asking that question sooner. 
Once you do you’ll find yourself with an amazing focus… “I’ve got someone using this now!!!”. There is nothing more rewarding and motivational.
I’m not saying you should close down your KickoffLabs site and launch tomorrow… just find a way to get one or two people on a private beta as soon as possible. Once you have those people happy then ask “How could I add 10 people?”
