You'll learn why one of his first ideas failed and how he changed his marketing playbook to include KickoffLab for his most recent success. What I love about today's story is how he didn't validate his idea by asking, would you be interested in my eventual product? He created a validation campaign that asked people to come to a helpful webinar, where he was going to present some solutions people could use right away. This strategy is something anybody could do if they were concerned with putting up yet another wait list page to build their audience.</itunes:summary>
