From First Turns to Final Descents

Whether you're dropping in for your first run or chasing untouched lines deep in the backcountry, ShredLORD is built to elevate your ride.

NEW TO THE MOUNTAIN?

ShredLORD smooths out bumps and chatter, helping you stay more balanced as you learn.

FREERIDING THE WILD?

ShredLORD adapts to changing conditions, keeping your ride consistent so you can soak in the views without second-guessing your gear.

LEVELING UP?

Sharper edge control and reduced fatigue let you charge steeper terrain with confidence.

RIDING FOR LIFE?

Less strain, less exhaustion — ShredLORD helps you keep doing what you love, longer and harder.

3 Reasons why you'll love it

1.

INNOVATION THAT SHOCKS THE SYSTEM

Traditional suspension systems in bikes and cars absorb impact in one direction — a straight, vertical hit. That's called linear compression. Premium snowboard bindings use a similar approach with rubber dampers underfoot.

This works great when you're riding flat. But when you're locked into a carve, the hits come from the edge, creating twisting momentum that your ankles, knees, and hips have to absorb. That's where linear compression runs out of steam.

ShredLORD introduces a smarter way: a rotational motion (tilting) that offsets those sideways forces. Instead of just squeezing downward, it tilts and counterbalances the edge pressure — so your legs don't have to fight it.

The result? Constant edge contact, more confidence, and higher speed.

2.

NOT JUST BOLD CLAIMS BUT SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN TECHNOLOGY

Tested in collaboration with the Sports Engineering and Ergonomics faculty at FH Technikum Vienna, ShredLORD delivers more than just smoother rides; it delivers measurable biomechanical advantages:

⭐️ Reduced impacts >10g-forces by more than 40%*,

⭐️ Unwanted board vibrations are dampened in just 0.4 seconds*, reducing instability duration by over 50%*,

⭐️ Forward shifted mass center, enhancing edge pressure and directional control. *

The result? A ride that’s not only more comfortable, but scientifically tuned for performance.

*All scientific data is based on testing in controlled on-field conditions conducted with FH Technikum Vienna. Results will vary based on snow conditions, rider weight, riding style, and other variables.

3.

PRECISION ENGINEERING MEETS CUSTOM CONTROL

ShredLORD is compatible with most snowboards; it mounts to your back foot in under two minutes - using only a screwdriver.
ShredLORD can also be demounted effortlessly from your board without leaving a mark; however, we doubt you will want to remove it after trying it out.

Installation on Channel

Choose your feel Choose your look

Customization is built into the system. Each unit includes anodized metal plates in multiple color options and tunable polyurethane bushings, enabling riders to tailor both the aesthetic and responsiveness of their board.  And all of this with a weight of less than 500gr (1.1 lbs) - that's less than the weight of your gloves.

The logic of ShredLORD's suspension

We acknowledge that your legs aren’t doing the same job in snowboarding - they’re a high-performance duo with distinct roles. That’s why ShredLORD treats them differently.

Your front leg sets the edge. Precision and fast response are key. This is why your front leg stays almost straight - ready to transmit force instantly to the slope with minimal impact absorption.

Your back leg keeps the edge. Strength and flexibility are key. This is why your back leg bends more - ready to absorb impacts and counter the reactive forces from the slope.

This is why we provide ShredLORD as a shock absorption adapter that you mount only on your back leg to preserve your front leg’s finesse while offloading your back leg

The result? A stable stance throughout your ride, less bumps on your back leg, and more control over your edge.

ShredLORD is designed to help you ride with more confidence, control, and stamina.

Timeline

Yeah, Science!

Impacts shift from high g-jolts to smooth low g-absorption*

ShredLORD absorbs high-impact shocks so you don't have to. Charge harder and carve sharper — without your legs begging for mercy. The mountain throws punches. ShredLORD is engineered to absorb impact energy so your legs don't have to.

Backside without ShredLORD

Backside with ShredLORD

The Bottom Line

ShredLORD makes sure that the impacts your legs take are low in g-force. This helps a bumpy, chattery ride feel smoother and more manageable.

Vibrations settle faster, cutting reaction time by half*

ShredLORD absorbs the chatter before you even register it. While your reflexes catch up, we've already neutralized the turbulence. Ride with instincts — we've got the rest.

Backside without ShredLORD

Backside with ShredLORD

The data doesn’t lie, hear it yourself:

The Bottom Line

ShredLORD cuts vibration time by more than half. The result is a ride that feels more responsive and in your control.

A more centered stance leads to less shifting of the gravitational center*

ShredLORD isn’t just about smoothening the bumps — it’s about unlocking the perfect stance. Just a few millimeters of lift under your back foot shifts your center of gravity forward, keeping it anchored over your front foot — the foot that sets your direction and locks in your balance. With your back foot relieved, you stop bouncing between legs and start carving with more control. The result is more pressure on the edge, less chatter, and buttery-smooth turns.

The Bottom Line

ShredLORD keeps your gravitational center locked on your front foot. The enhanced edge control turns every run into a precision ride.

*All scientific data is based on testing in controlled on-field conditions conducted with FH Technikum Vienna. Results will vary based on snow conditions, rider weight, riding style, and other variables.

How was ShredLORD born?

The ShredLORD idea began with conversations on chairlifts and coffee breaks among three friends — because we knew something was missing.

A) We saw how brutal snowboarding can be for beginners. One turn without control, and the fun fades.

B) For us weekend warriors with 9-to-5s, we hit a wall. Less time on the mountain meant stalled progression.

C) And the snow itself? It's changing. Icy patches, unpredictable terrain — the result of climate shifts that made control harder to come by. We wanted to ride with confidence again — not just adapt, but overcome.

Fast forward to October 2023

We built our first prototype in a basement, inspired by skate trucks and powered by stubborn belief. It was rough and unpolished, but it was loaded with potential.

Patent Pending

After putting ShredLORD1.0 to test throughout winter 2023-24 and feeling the difference firsthand, we doubled down — applied for international patent protection and mapped the journey from napkin sketch to product reality.

ShredLORD 2.2 test rides

Equipped with patent protection, we’ve put our improved ShredLORD2.2 in the hands of 15 test riders, who put it through real-world chaos on two continents.

The response?

Overwhelmingly positive with some improvement potential. But subjective feedback wasn't enough. Backed by our scientific background, we teamed up with the faculty of Sports Engineering and Ergonomics of FH Technikum Vienna to turn rider feel into hard data.

We listened. We tweaked. We upgraded.

And that's how ShredLORD3.2 was born — smarter, smoother, more dialed-in than ever. ShredLORD3.2, integrates it all: rider feedback, testing data, and two years of relentless development.

Now we're bringing it to you!

Because we believe every rider deserves control they can trust and a ride they can push further. With ShredLORD, confidence isn't optional — it's built in.

How to Ride Icy Slopes Like a Pro

Icy slopes: every snowboarder’s nemesis. You wake up to bluebird skies, only to find the mountain transformed into a slick skating rink. Riding ice isn’t just uncomfortable—it can be dangerous if you’re not prepared. Here are a few tips to help you stay in control and keep shredding when conditions turn hard.

1. Keep your edges sharp.
This is non-negotiable. Dull edges will slide instead of bite, and on ice, that’s a recipe for catching an edge. Sharpen your edges regularly, or have a shop do it before peak season.

2. Stay centered and flexible.
On hardpack, avoid leaning too far forward or back. Stay centered over your board, keep your knees soft, and let your ankles absorb vibrations. This makes it easier to adjust instantly when your board slips.

3. Choose your line wisely.
Avoid shiny, glass-like patches when possible. Look for snow dust, bumps, or rougher areas along the slope where your edges can grip better.

4. Use a gear that reduces chatter.
Ice creates vibration—and vibration kills control. This is where new tech like ShredLORD shock absorbers makes a difference. By reducing up to 40% of chatter, you gain smoother edge engagement, shorter braking distance, and more confidence to attack icy runs.

Bottom line:
Icy days don’t have to mean miserable rides. With sharp edges, solid technique, and the right gear, you can master the mountain no matter the conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ

What is ShredLORD?

ShredLORD (Load Oscillation Reduction Device) is the world’s first snowboard suspension system. It absorbs high-impact shocks, dampens board chatter, and improves edge control—giving riders smoother, more stable runs across all conditions.

Has ShredLORD been tested?

Yes! It’s been scientifically validated in collaboration with FH Technikum Vienna:

- Reduces >10g impacts by over 40%*

- Dampens vibrations within 0.4* seconds

- Shifts the center of gravity forward for better edge control*

*All scientific data is based on testing in controlled on-field conditions conducted with FH Technikum Vienna. Results will vary based on snow conditions, rider weight, riding style, and other variables.

Is ShredLORD compatible with my board/binding?

Boards - Compatible with 4x4, 2x4 (mini disk), and Channel systems. Not compatible with 3D systems.

Bindings - Compatible with 4x4 and 2x4 (mini disk). Not compatible with bindings using the Channel system.

All necessary mounting parts are included in the box.

When should I go with the hard/soft bushing set-up?

ShredLORD is delivered with the hard set-up pre-installed (red rubber bushings). If your weight is below 75 kg and/or you prefer comfort over precision, we recommend switching to the softer bushing set-up (blue rubber bushings). At the end, you are the judge —try both options and see which fits your riding style best. It might also change depending on the slope conditions (the icier the slope, the better the soft set-up performs; the smoother the slope, the better the hard set-up performs).

Why is it only mounted on the back foot?

Your front leg sets the direction, while your back leg absorbs impacts. ShredLORD is designed to relieve strain on your back leg while preserving precision up front.

What are ShredLORD's dimensions?

The ShredLORD design 3.2 is as small as 246 x 208 x 20 mm (9.7in x 8.2in x 0.8in) (L x W x H),

and weighs less than 500g (about 1.1 lbs),

or about the weight of your gloves.

How easy is it to install ShredLORD?

Installation is straightforward and typically takes just a few minutes with a standard Philips screwdriver. It mounts to your back foot only and can be removed without leaving a mark.

How do I maintain my ShredLORD?

WARNING: Always inspect your ShredLORD device and all mounting hardware before EVERY ride. Check for loose screws, cracks, or any signs of wear or damage. Failure to inspect and maintain your device can lead to product failure and serious injury.

We recommend changing your rubber bushings every 1-2 seasons, depending on use, for maximum performance.

To extend bushing life, you can slightly untighten the locking nuts during long-term storage.

After use, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly.

What if something goes wrong with the product?

We stand by our product. ShredLORD is covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, improper installation, or normal wear and tear (like the replaceable bushings). If you believe you have a warranty issue, please contact us directly

Where do you ship to?

We are happy to ship worldwide. Shipping estimates are provided for some countries. Others are on a case-by-case basis. Shipping is charged in addition to the listed price.

How does it work?

The rubber bushings between the top and bottom plate allow for a natural tilting motion. With this motion, impacts from the slope are designed to be dampened when you are carving on the edge.

What material is it made of?

The metal plates are made from high-strength aluminum alloy. The rubber bushings are made of automotive industry-grade polyurethane. The connecting elements are of strength grade material.

Can I customize it?

Absolutely.  Each unit includes anodized metal plates - you can choose between red and blue colors - and two sets of tunable polyurethane bushings to adjust responsiveness and style (red is harder / blue is softer). Also, we offer LASER engraving to really personalize your ShredLORD.

How do I change the rubber bushings?

To replace the rubber bushings, unscrew the locking nuts with a 17mm socket wrench and remove the top plate. Now you can exchange the rubber bushings by simply pushing them on and off and putting the top plate back on.

WARNING: You must use a torque wrench to tighten the locking nuts to 10 Nm. Failure to use a torque wrench, or overtightening /undertightening the nuts, can cause catastrophic product failure and lead to serious injury.

Can ShredLORD damage my board/binding?

We strategically placed a Shock Absorber Pad beneath the bottom plate, designed to help protect your board from wear and tear, and added Guard Pins designed to help mitigate extreme peak impacts. The top plate is designed extra wide to support your binding in the best possible way.

*All scientific data is based on testing in controlled on-field conditions conducted with FH Technikum Vienna. Results will vary based on snow conditions, rider weight, riding style, and other variables.
