Each Sponsor includes its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and respective employees, officers, and directors.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsors and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) and household members are not eligible.
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein.
The Giveaway begins and ends on the dates and time shown on the official entry page, including any countdown timer. Entries received after the Giveaway End Date will not be eligible.
To enter, complete the entry form at the official Giveaway site during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Entries made through multiple accounts, identities, or devices will be disqualified.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about the end of the Giveaway period. Earning bonus entries increases your chances by increasing the number of entries, but does not guarantee a win.
Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winners must respond within five (5) calendar days to claim their prize or it may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise the integrity of the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification and legal action.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with entry processes, violating these rules, or acting in a disruptive manner.
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and affiliated parties from any liability, including injuries or damages resulting from participation, or from the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

Except where prohibited, you agree that any dispute related to the Giveaway shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Missoula, Montana, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to bring claims as part of a class action or jury trial.
Each party is responsible for their own arbitration costs. Judgment on any award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
